Operations Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee B2B, B2C, and warehouse operations for our Food & Beverages Trading Business. The ideal candidate will manage the full supply chain process, ensure smooth order fulfillment, and maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing operations strategies to achieve KPIs & targets.
• Manage daily operations including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
• Oversee B2B client orders, deliveries, documentation, and service levels.
• Oversee B2C/e-commerce operations.
• Lead warehouse activities.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and optimize warehouse processes.
• Supervise and train operations and warehouse staff, ensuring KPIs are met.
• Monitor stock levels, reduce wastage, and generate operational reports.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to support planning.
• Train, guide, and support junior sales staff in achieving their targets.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent the company.

Skills & Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in F&B, FMCG, or trading operations.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, warehouse management, and food safety regulations.
• Experience with both B2B and B2C/e-commerce processes.
• Proficient in ERP/WMS systems and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month

• FMCG Sales & Operations Management : 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Diving License (Required)
