Job Overview:

Alfa Cargo Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee our import and export operations via air and sea. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of logistics, including documentation, pricing negotiations, client inquiries, and operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of import and export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Prepare, review, and process shipping documentation for air and sea freight, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other necessary paperwork.
• Negotiate pricing with clients, vendors, and service providers to achieve cost-effective solutions.
• Handle client inquiries related to shipments, pricing, and timelines with professionalism and efficiency.
• Monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure timely execution of shipments and address any challenges.
• Coordinate with internal teams, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to facilitate seamless operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in international trade.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in import/export operations or a similar role in logistics.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of international trade processes and documentation.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software/tools.
• Effective communication and client management skills.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary Package:

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 45,000 to 60,000, depending on experience and expertise.
