Operations Manager

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Operations Manager to join our team. You’ll be at the heart of Krvvy’s backend engine, ensuring smooth order flow, efficient logistics, and updated inventory systems.

What you’ll do:

⁠ ⁠Manage daily operations and logistics using tools like Easyecom, Shopify, Unicommerce etc.

⁠ ⁠Oversee order processing and fulfillment through Shopify, Quick Commerce, and E-commerce

⁠ ⁠Ensure accurate inventory tracking and timely restocking

⁠ ⁠Monitor returns, exchanges, and delivery escalations

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with customer support and warehouse teams to resolve pre and post-order issues

⁠ ⁠Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements

What we’re looking for:

2+ years of experience in e-commerce or operations

⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of Shopify and Easyecom/Unicommerce is a bonus

⁠ ⁠Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

⁠ ⁠Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset

⁠ ⁠Excellent coordination and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
