About the Role
Our established Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive organizational efficiency. This leadership role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and workflows for optimal efficiency.
Team Management
- Supervise administrative staff and support teams.
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and training programs.
- Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
Financial & Compliance Oversight
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate cost-effective contracts.
- Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Technology & Systems
- Manage case management software and technology tools.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Coordinate IT support and oversee system upgrades.
Client Service & Support
- Maintain exceptional standards of client communication and satisfaction.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support attorneys with operational needs to enhance client experience.
Strategic Planning
- Collaborate with leadership on long-term operational strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Drive initiatives that align with the firm’s growth and objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- 3–5 years in operations management, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Filevine experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle challenging client situations with professionalism.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
