Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of MHE equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, HPTs, and other warehouse machinery.
• Ensure equipment availability, maintenance coordination, and timely deployment at sites.
• Manage manpower, operator allocation, and shift planning.
• Coordinate with clients for operational needs, equipment issues, and service requirements.
• Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with warehouse standards.
• Review productivity reports, track machine utilization, and suggest process improvements.
• support for MIS, billing data, documentation, and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong technical and operational knowledge of forklifts, reach trucks, hand pallet trucks, stackers, and warehouse handling tools.
• Experience in MHE / Warehousing / Industrial Equipment operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Client coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, scheduling, and operational planning.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
