1. Daily Operations & Coordination
- Oversee day-to-day transfer operations (arrival + departure) across cities.
- Manage driver scheduling, allocation, routing, and punctuality.
- Ensure all transfers are executed smoothly with proper meet-and-greet protocols.
- Resolve real-time escalations from drivers, vendors, partners, and clients.
2. Vendor & Driver Management
- Handle onboarding of new vendors and drivers.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs: vehicle quality, documentation, ID cards, namecards, GPS usage, etc.
- Maintain strong relationships with local operators across multiple countries.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and take corrective actions.
3. Quality Control & Compliance
- Monitor quality metrics: on-time performance, client feedback, complaints.
- Investigate disputes/no-shows and prepare detailed evidence reports.
- Maintain accurate logs of GPS, call attempts, meet-and-greet photos, and communication trails.
- Ensure adherence to safety, service standards, and partner protocols (e.g., Mozio, Suntransfers, Jayride).
4. Partner Coordination & Reporting
- Liaise with B2B partners for daily operations, disputes, cancellations, and escalations.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on operations, performance, penalties, refunds, and SLAs.
- Ensure timely submission of proofs to avoid deductions and penalties.
