Gulf Coast Business Furniture & Supply Co., Inc. is a family-owned business serving the Gulf Coast since 1990. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and workflow for our supply and furniture business.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and workflow
  • Manage order processing from receipt through fulfillment
  • Review and manage stock pull reports and inventory levels
  • Coordinate purchasing, receiving, warehouse, and delivery operations
  • Supervise and support operations and warehouse staff
  • Work closely with sales to ensure accurate and timely customer service
  • Improve processes to increase efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

  • Operations management experience (distribution, furniture, or office supplies preferred)
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Inventory and order management experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
