Operations Manager

•  Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction (students and parents) & retention  Ensure proper communication & relationship with all the students and parents for entire course duration.  Monitoring and ensure proper collection of revenue and reduce branch expenses.  Ensure compliance with laws & regulations as applicable.  Handling any kind of Parent enquiry & Student enquiry or complaints  Should co-ordinate with all departments at branch/region/Corporate office.  Ensures general cleanliness, appearance and safety of the office premises.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹720,000.00 per year
