Key Responsibilities:

Installation (Factory & Customer Site)

* Oversee installation and assembly of machines at our factory for QC, including settings, calibration, and performance testing.

* Ensure all units meet quality, safety, and functional standards before dispatch.

* Plan and execute customer-site installations, assign manpower, and ensure timely project completion.

* Inspect installation quality, resolve on-site issues, and manage client communication and escalations.

* Train and guide technicians to maintain company standards.

Quality Control (QC)

* Lead final QC of all machines after in-house installation.

* Implement QC checklists, SOPs, and quality benchmarks.

* Coordinate with production for rectifications and improvements.

* Maintain QC documentation, testing records, and continuous improvement processes.

Dispatch & Logistics

* Plan and monitor daily dispatch schedules based on order priority.

* Coordinate with stores, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

* Ensure proper packing, loading, and safe transportation of machines.

* Maintain dispatch logs, delivery records, and MIS reports.
