is seeking a highly experienced
Training Operations Manager
to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our training programs and development initiatives.
Position Overview
The
Training Operations Manager
will lead the full lifecycle of training operations — from needs assessment, program design, and delivery to evaluation and continuous improvement. This role is key to ensuring that Tharwah Training Academy delivers high-quality, scalable, and impactful learning solutions to clients and partners, while driving operational excellence and strategic value.
Key Responsibilities
Training Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development strategy aligned with organizational objectives.

Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities.

Contribute to Academy-level strategic planning and decision-making.
Program Design & Delivery
-
Design and develop innovative, engaging training programs and curricula.

Oversee delivery across multiple formats (instructor-led, workshops, e-learning, blended learning, and seminars).

Implement performance management processes to measure training effectiveness.

Evaluate, adopt, and optimize learning technologies and LMS platforms.
Operational Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop the training team to ensure strong performance and high-quality delivery.

Manage external vendors and subject matter experts to expand training capabilities.

Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for training operations.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control measures.
Performance Evaluation & Improvement

Analyze training data, KPIs, and ROI metrics to evaluate program impact.

Identify areas for improvement and implement continuous enhancement initiatives.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Stakeholder Management

Manage internal communication with relevant departments within Tharwah.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and external stakeholders.

Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in human resources
, Education, Business Administration
, or related field.

11–14 years of experience
in training operations or L&D leadership.

PMP certification
.

CPTD (Certified Professional in Training and Development)

Strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and training technology.

Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
