A restaurant manager oversees the overall operations of the establishment, ensuring seamless coordination between the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH). Key duties include:

  • Daily Operations: Supervising day-to-day tasks, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth service flow.

  • Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, and building team morale.

  • Customer Experience: Handling complaints, improving service quality, and building customer relationships.

  • Inventory & Supplies: Managing stock levels, supplier relations, and quality control.

  • Financial Oversight: Controlling budgets, analyzing reports, and optimizing profitability.

  • Health & Safety: Enforcing hygiene standards, training staff on emergency procedures, and maintaining compliance.

  • Marketing & Promotion: Planning events, executing marketing strategies, and managing online reputation.

  • Technology & Innovation: Implementing POS systems, tracking KPIs, and staying updated with industry trends.

  • Strategic Planning: Setting business goals, expanding revenue streams, and analyzing market trends.

  • Community & Sustainability: Engaging with local initiatives and promoting eco-friendly practices.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Restaurant Management: 4 years (Preferred)
