Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth processes across all departments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across production, inventory, and logistics.
• Manage, train, and supervise team members, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet business objectives and customer satisfaction goals.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze key performance metrics to guide decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of operational procedures, supply chain, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred:

• Experience in [industry relevant to your business, e.g., food production, retail, manufacturing].
• Familiarity with operational software tools and ERP systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹58,994.11 per month
