Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will handle end-to-end plant operations, including production efficiency, ERP accuracy, manpower planning, warehouse management, and continuous process improvement. The role requires close coordination between shopfloor and back-office teams to ensure timely delivery, cost control, and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s in Engineering / Operations / Industrial / Supply Chain

* 5–10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations

Key Skills:

* Manufacturing & production planning

* ERP/Manufacturing system experience

* Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma

* Cost & data analysis

* Team leadership & problem-solving

Responsibilities:

* Manage ERP entries, costing, and operational data accuracy

* Monitor production schedules and remove bottlenecks

* Implement process improvements and SOP/quality compliance

* Oversee inventory, warehouse activities, and material availability

* Track KPIs, control costs, and prepare MIS reports

* Lead operations, stores, and data teams; ensure cross-functional coordination
