To oversee the operation of our B2B exhibitions and conferences from concept to implementation.
Job description:
- Should possess interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with an ability to interact with trade bodies, chambers, institutions, SMEs, and corporations to involve them with our trade initiatives.
- Responsible for leading and motivating team members and undertaking key managerial functions.
- Responsible for preparing collaterals budget, presentations, promotions, media planning, vendor management, production & logistics, etc.
- Responsible for preparing buyer promotion plans and oversee implementation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create effective proposals, presentations, and emails.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and coordination skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, including trade bodies and top management.
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in operational and management roles, preferably in the exhibition industry.
- Qualifications: Graduate degree, with preference given to management graduates.
