About the Company

Scrub Masters Plus Corp is a fast-growing commercial cleaning company serving New York and New Jersey. We specialize in medical facilities, manufacturing plants, large commercial buildings, and complex multi-site operations. We are MWBE-certified and are building a leadership team capable of scaling a company to $100 million in revenue.

We are looking for a high-level operator who can see gaps, enforce standards, and drive execution without excuses.

Position Summary

This role is responsible for reviewing daily operational reports, identifying breakdowns, holding leadership accountable, and closing gaps across operations, admin, scheduling, supplies, training, and client service.

This is not an assistant role.
This is not a passive reporting role.

This position requires strong judgment, follow-through, and the ability to turn information into action.

Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations Review & Accountability

  • Review daily reports from management, admin, and field leadership
  • Identify missing information, weak execution, delays, and repeated issues
  • Flag operational risks before they become client problems
  • Require clear ownership, deadlines, and resolution paths

Gap Identification & Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies in scheduling, supply ordering, communication, and follow-up
  • Track recurring problems (missed orders, unclear ownership, lack of escalation)
  • Recommend and implement improved systems and procedures
  • Ensure issues are resolved permanently, not repeatedly explained

Leadership & Team Oversight

  • Hold managers and administrators accountable to defined standards
  • Ensure leadership roles are functioning at the level required for scale
  • Escalate performance concerns with facts, not emotion
  • Support restructuring and role realignment when needed

Execution & Follow-Through

  • Track action items from daily reports through completion
  • Ensure vendors, insurance partners, payroll, and compliance items are followed up
  • Prevent bottlenecks caused by vacations, absences, or unclear responsibility
  • Maintain operational momentum at all times

CEO Support

  • Provide the CEO with clear, concise summaries of risks, gaps, and wins
  • Separate activity from impact
  • Protect the company from stagnation and operational drift

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years in operations, management, or performance oversight
  • Experience in service-based, multi-site, or field operations preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable addressing underperformance directly and professionally
  • Highly organized with strong written communication
  • Able to work independently and make decisions
  • Familiarity with payroll systems, scheduling tools, and compliance processes a plus

What We Are Looking For

  • Someone who sees what others miss
  • Someone who closes loops instead of explaining delays
  • Someone who understands that growth requires discipline
  • Someone who can help build a leadership team that scales

If you are energized by accountability, clarity, and execution—and you want to help build a company capable of breaking the next ceiling—we want to hear from you.
