Operations Manager

Meter Coffee is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end daily operations across dispatch, quality control, inventory, and vendor coordination. This role requires strong execution skills, process ownership, and the ability to manage people and timelines in a growing consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations including order fulfilment, packing, dispatch, and quality checks
• Build, implement, and follow SOPs for operations and logistics
• Manage inventory levels, vendor timelines, and replenishment planning
• Coordinate with roasters, packaging vendors, courier partners, and internal teams
• Track operational metrics (dispatch accuracy, delays, wastage, returns)
• Supervise and guide operations executives and support staff
• Flag risks and improvement opportunities proactively
• Oversee quality control

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
