This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Riyadh. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities include managing team performance, coordinating event and logistical services, implementing operational strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards. The role requires proactive problem-solving and strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.

• Event management and logistical coordination experience
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools to manage operations effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Familiarity with the events and logistics industry is an advantage
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred
