About the Company

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, optimising internal processes, and ensuring the organisation runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability
• Develop, refine, and implement operational systems, processes, and best practices
• Manage purchasing activities, inventory planning, and overall office efficiency
• Ensure all operational procedures comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards
• Define and execute strategic and operational objectives to support business growth
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance tracking
• Implement quality control measures and monitor key production and performance indicators
• Lead, train, and support new staff to ensure strong onboarding and operational excellence
