Job Description:

• Lead and supervise end-to-end operational activities to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Establish operational objectives and align team performance with business goals.
• Oversee workforce planning, training, and performance management.
• Ensure operational readiness by maintaining systems, equipment, and resources.
• Control operational expenses and support cost-reduction initiatives.
• Enforce health, safety, and compliance standards across all operations.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and execution.
• Manage incident response, issue resolution, and operational escalations.
• Promote a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
