Position : Operations Manager
Job Location : Ahmedabad
Job Role: Operations Manager (Ahmedabad)
Experience Required:
8–10 years in Operations Management, preferably in Security Services / Facility Management industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end operations for deployed security personnel across all client sites in Ahmedabad and nearby regions.

Ensure smooth manpower planning, deployment, attendance monitoring, and shift scheduling.

Maintain strong coordination with clients for daily operations, service quality, issue resolution, and compliance.

Conduct site visits, audits, training supervision, and ensure SOP adherence at all locations.

Manage recruitment support, onboarding, and documentation of guards/supervisors.

Monitor performance, discipline, and timely replacement of staff when required.

Ensure statutory compliance — PF, ESIC, wages, uniform distribution, and certifications.

Handle incident reporting, emergency response, and ensure timely communication with management.

Prepare MIS reports, operational summaries, attendance sheets, and billing-related inputs.

Work closely with the HR, Admin, and Accounts teams for seamless operational execution.

Drive process improvements, cost control, and efficiency enhancement across operations.
Desired Profile & Key Skills Required :

Any Graduate + MBA with 8-10 years experience in handling Operations Management, preferably in Security Services / Facility Management industry.
