Operations Manager

Root Cure Organics is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Operations Manager to lead and oversee overall operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, improve efficiency, and support the company’s growth while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end operations including production, supply chain, and logistics
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures
• Ensure optimal use of resources to meet production and business targets
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare operational reports for management
• Coordinate with production, quality control, procurement, and sales teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Lead, mentor, and manage departmental heads and operational teams

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Operations Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations (organic / herbal / FMCG preferred)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple departments and handle complex operations
• Experience with process optimization and performance management
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred
