Job Summary
we are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for store operations, customer handling, employee management, kitchen operations, menu control, quality standards, and business performance. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on involvement, and a customer-first mindset.
Key ResponsibilitiesOverall Operations Management
- Manage and supervise all daily operations of the outlet(s)
- Ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house, kitchen, and delivery teams
- Implement company policies, SOPs, and operational standards
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards are strictly followed
Customer Experience & Sales
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Ensure excellent customer service and brand experience at all times
- Build customer loyalty and manage repeat customer relationships
- Monitor sales performance and suggest strategies to increase revenue
Staff & Team Management
- Recruit, train, schedule, and manage all employees
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline
- Motivate the team to achieve service and sales targets
- Ensure proper grooming, behavior, and work ethics
Kitchen & Menu Management
- Oversee kitchen operations and food preparation processes
- Ensure menu consistency, quality, portion control, and presentation
- Coordinate with chefs/kitchen staff for new menu development
- Control food cost, wastage, and inventory levels
Inventory, Cost & Reporting
- Manage stock, raw materials, and supplier coordination
- Control operational costs and reduce wastage
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sales, staff, inventory)
- Ensure proper cash handling and POS reporting
Compliance & Brand Standards
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, food safety laws, and company standards
- Maintain brand image across operations, staff behavior, and customer interaction
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in restaurant, café, QSR, juice bar, or food retail management
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent customer-handling and communication skills
- Good knowledge of kitchen operations, menu control, and food safety
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience in UAE/GCC food & beverage operations preferred
