Key Responsibilities
- ** Process Improvement:** Analyze and enhance workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- ** Staff Management:** Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise employees; motivate teams and manage performance to meet standards.
- ** Budget & Resource Management:** Oversee departmental budgets, manage costs, allocate resources, and plan inventory.
- ** Performance Monitoring:** Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze financial data, and report on operational performance.
- ** Strategic Planning:** Formulate operational objectives, develop long-term initiatives, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- ** Cross-functional Coordination:** Liaise with other departments (HR, Finance, IT) and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
- ** Quality & Compliance:** Maintain high-quality standards, manage quality assurance, and ensure legal compliance.
