We’re Hiring: Operations Manager

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for optimizing operations and managing large teams? We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our day-to-day facility and office operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and excellence across all functions. This role involves leading a team of around 200 employees across maintenance, operations, and office services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and full functionality.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of ~200 maintenance and operations staff.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans, preventive maintenance schedules, and operational improvements.
• Manage procurement, inventory, and logistics for supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
• Manage budgets and identify opportunities for cost efficiency.
• Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to meet operational needs.
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting best practices and emerging technologies.
• Oversee safety functions including emergency preparedness, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Plan and supervise short- and long-term facilities projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing large teams (100+ employees preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Knowledge of MEP systems, building maintenance, and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
