About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the day-to-day operations of our training institute. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient management of resources, training programs, staff coordination, and partner relations across multiple centers in Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise operational activities across all training centers.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and consistency.
• Oversee scheduling, logistics, and smooth execution of training programs and workshops.
• Coordinate with trainers, academic teams, and administrative staff to achieve organizational goals.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational costs effectively.
• Conduct periodic audits and performance reviews of centers.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance and improvement areas.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Travel extensively across Kerala to supervise and support branch operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the education or training sector.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with management software/tools.
