Operations Manager

Perfect Technical Works and Landscaping LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in commercial projects. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of UAE experience in a similar role within technical works and/or landscaping, with proven ability to manage operations, teams, and project delivery efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for commercial technical and landscaping projects
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution to meet timelines and budgets
• Manage site teams, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments
• Control project costs, resources, and materials efficiently
• Prepare operational reports and support senior management in decision-making
• Resolve operational issues and improve processes for better efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE in a similar role
• Strong experience in commercialprojects (landscaping or similar background)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction and landscaping practices
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid UAE driving license preferred

Preferred Background:

• Landscaping, MEP, Construction, or general technical works companies
• Experience dealing with commercial developments
