The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.


Responsibilities

  • Work related to the registration and operation of Saudi companies
  • Government affairs-related work, reception/liaison
  • Work related to business operation support
  • Financial and tax-related work
  • Human resources and administrative related work, including work visa, recruitment, handling of labor relations in Saudi Arabia, salary, office management, etc. (maintaining the Saudiization rate at a high level)
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership


Qualifications


  • Have 3-5 years of local human resources work experience in Saudi Arabia, and be familiar with Saudi labor laws and actual work processes.
  • Have experience and practical skills in finance and taxation work.
  • Have experience in operating a Saudi company and complete actual operations in accordance with relevant laws and regulations Working language, preference given to those with Arabic proficiency;
  • English is the second preference. Has obtained an international driver's license
  • Self-motivated, highly responsible, good at communication, and with a certain ability to withstand pressure.
