Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities

Understand current customer base of Landscape Enhancement clients and how they are serviced from a specification and production planning standpoint

Manage Production and performance of crews as well as managing personnel and employee organization

Inventory and organization of equipment, coordination with mechanic team to manage repairs and equipment maintenance

Inspect all projects for quality and convey standards to crew leaders and other employees

Training of employees on standards and practices that reflect an attention to detail and focus on delivering top service

Ability to work a demanding seasonal schedule with hours fluctuating based on time of year

Work Experience/Skills

-Minimum five (5) years managerial experience in the Landscape Construction industry

-Spanish speaking skills is required

- A full knowledge of all Landscape Maintenance services incorporated into a service agreement

-Landscape field/estimating experience

-Experience in bid writing and basic computer skills including operating scheduling and email programs

-Strong work ethic and ability to communicate effectively with clients

-Organizational skills to allow for proper tracking and communication with prospective clients.

-Must have clean driving record and maintain its status

-Ability to pass background check on criminal history
