Operations Manager

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations across entity
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability goals
• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, shrinkage, and inventory control.
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency
• Lead, train, and manage store managers and operational staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Maintain high standards of customer service and brand image
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in Retail Operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Sound knowledge of inventory management and retail KPIs!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
