Role Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our mobile phlebotomy services. This individual will play a key role in managing schedules, coordinating with staff and clients, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring that all clinical and logistical details are executed correctly.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the mobile phlebotomy team.
  • Create and oversee staff schedules.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire new team members.
  • Organize company events and training sessions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for staff, answering questions and providing support.
  • Answer customer service inquiries (phone, email, text) professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure proper tube selection, specimen handling, and processing instructions are followed for all appointment requests.
  • Communicate directly with doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators from our client hospital systems to address questions and make adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of appointments, staffing, and client communications.
  • Collaborate with leadership on improving workflows and patient experience.

Requirements:

  • Availability: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of phlebotomy, lab tubes, and specimen processing required (phlebotomy or clinical background strongly preferred).
  • Experience managing staff schedules and coordinating teams.
  • Ability to handle sensitive medical information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Comfort working with doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Tech-savvy (familiar with scheduling platforms, CRM tools, email, and phone systems).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare management, lab operations, or phlebotomy coordination.
  • HIPAA compliance knowledge.
  • Experience with hospital systems or clinical trial coordination.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
