Searching for an addition to our growing team…an Operations Manager to manage operations at our North Bergen facility.!

• Manages overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures
• Manage Final Mile Dock Load outs.
• Supervise multiple deliveries and Teams daily for seamless delivery process as established by company.
• Support our customer’s expectations for all delivery services.
• Ensure safe and efficient operations
• Carry our Supervisory duties in accordance with the company's policies
• Manage logistics
• Quick decision making skills and strong attention to detail
• Meet cost, targets in a timeliness manner
• Must be flexible to work week-ends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per hour
