Operations Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of customer service
  • Oversee employee orientation, training & development programs to build a motivated and skilled team
  • Conduct interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes for new staff members
  • Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, and cash handling
  • Monitor revenue performance, develop revenue strategies, and oversee revenue math calculations for pricing and promotions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate scheduling and employee supervision to maximize productivity
  • Foster a customer-centric environment by addressing escalated issues promptly and professionally

Requirements

  • Proven management experience in service or similar customer-focused environments with supervising responsibilities
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and promote a collaborative work culture
  • Demonstrated expertise in management, revenue management, and revenue math
  • Experience with payroll processing and bookkeeping
  • Skilled in employee orientation, training & development, interviewing techniques, and team management
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and office organization efficiently
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in case inventory control and office operations
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
