Introduction

We are looking for an Operations Manager, that will lead and coordinate all operational activities related to the supply of military equipment, ensuring contracts are executed with the highest level of efficiency and quality in line with military standards in Saudi Arabia.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational plans.
• Manage the supply chain from procurement to final delivery, ensuring compliance with security and logistical standards.
• Lead operational teams and enhance their performance.
• Oversee contract execution and ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational processes.

· Preparing reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 7–10 years of proven experience in operations management.
• Strong leadership and strategic decision-making skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to perform under pressure in a multi-tasking environment.
