Operations Manager

At Belovedone, we are building one of Kuwait’s most recognized premium personalized baby gifting brands — and we’re looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to help us scale to the next level.

This is not a routine management role.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
*Leading and overseeing day-to-day operations
*Managing workflow across teams and departments
*Ensuring exceptional execution quality and customer experience
*Improving operational systems and efficiency
*Building structure, accountability, and operational discipline
*Solving operational challenges proactively
*Supporting company growth and scalability

What We’re Looking For :
*Strong leadership and operational mindset
*Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
*Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
*Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
*Ownership mentality and high accountability
*Previous operations or management experience required
*Experience in retail, gifting, luxury brands, or e-commerce is a strong advantage
