We are currently looking for a Operations Manager. This position is a full-time, 40 hour per week, onsite position.
I. GENERAL FUNCTIONS
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safety, efficiency, and functionality of agency facilities, including buildings, equipment, vehicles, and grounds. This position manages the Warehouse Logistics Facilitator and other assigned personnel, ensuring all tasks are completed effectively. The role includes conducting inspections to identify maintenance issues and safety hazards, overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

IV. DESIRABLE TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Exceptional management, teaching, communication, and presentation skills are essential. Hands-on experience in warehouse logistics, inventory management, and forklift operation. An adept understanding of safety regulations, instructional design, adaptable training methods. Forklift operation certification preferred. A relevant bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 4 years' experience in warehouse logistics, forklift operation, or related area can substitute.
