Key Responsibilities
1. Administration Management
Lead and manage all administrative operations to ensure a smooth, safe, and efficient workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage Office Utilities including electricity, internet, water, office supplies, and facility services.
Oversee Power Management Systems, including:
Generator operations and maintenance
Solar system monitoring and upkeep
Utility provider (WAPDA) coordination
Supervise Repairs & Maintenance of office premises, equipment, and infrastructure.
Maintain and monitor Asset Management records including allocation, tracking, maintenance, and disposal.
Coordinate Event & Guest Management, including meetings, hospitality, and office events.
Handle Procurement & Supplier Management, including vendor sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and performance monitoring.
Ensure proper Document Management, including logs, records, SOPs, and administrative files.
Manage Office Security, including access control, surveillance systems, guards, and incident reporting.
2. Finance Operations Support
Support finance-related operational activities with accuracy and accountability.
Responsibilities:
Manage and reconcile Petty Cash expenses and records.
Maintain and update operational Finance Sheets / Expense Trackers.
Coordinate Banking Activities, including:
Deposits and withdrawals
Documentation
Bank correspondence
Employee bank account facilitation
3. Human Resource Operations
Support HR administrative processes and employee lifecycle management.
Responsibilities:
Maintain all HR Documents and employee records.
Coordinate employee Health Insurance enrollment and renewals.
Manage Employee Onboarding, including documentation, workspace setup, and orientation.
Oversee Employee Clearance & Handover during exits.
Coordinate Employee Bank Account setup and related documentation.
Support HR policies implementation and employee administration.
4. Co9Space Operations Management
Manage operational and commercial activities for Co9Space.
Responsibilities:
Support and execute Marketing Activities to improve occupancy and brand awareness.
Manage Customer/Member Relations, including:
Lead handling
Client onboarding
Membership renewals
Complaint resolution
Service quality assurance
Ensure excellent member experience and workspace standards.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure operational compliance, governance, and business continuity readiness.
Responsibilities:
Support and coordinate ISO Audit preparation and compliance activities.
Maintain administrative compliance documentation and SOP adherence.
Manage Access Control Systems and authorization records.
Develop, maintain, and periodically test the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
Identify operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
