Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will manage departments efficiently, maintain service standards, drive team performance, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Security.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of all departments and maintain operational standards.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and handle escalations professionally.
  • Coordinate with department heads to improve productivity and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Control operational costs and support revenue growth initiatives.
  • Conduct regular operational audits and inspections.
  • Maintain strong coordination with vendors and external agencies.
  • Prepare operational reports and share updates with management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in hotel operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of hotel PMS systems and operational procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple departments.
