Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Operations Manager with a strong background in the Food & Beverage and Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and extensive experience in managing daily operations, leading teams, improving service quality, and supporting marketing and business growth initiatives to ensure operational excellence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations across all departments.
• Lead, supervise, and develop staff while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high hospitality standards.
• Manage scheduling, workforce planning, and operational workflows.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze operational and financial reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
• Monitor the performance of marketing activities and seasonal promotions.
• Handle operational challenges effectively and make timely decisions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and motivating work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry, including managerial-level experience.
• Strong expertise in operations management and team leadership.
• Excellent understanding of hospitality service standards and customer experience.
• Experience in sales growth, operational marketing, and business development.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations simultaneously.
• Proficiency in operational systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
