Operations Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Operations / Production Manager to lead workshop operations, fabrication planning, site coordination, installation scheduling, and execution control for our aluminum & glazing division.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily workshop and fabrication operations
• Plan production schedules based on project timelines
• Coordinate with site teams for measurements and installation
• Supervise fabrication labor, machine operators, and installers
• Ensure quality control and minimize material wastage
• Coordinate procurement requirements and material tracking
• Review shop drawings and fabrication details
• Monitor productivity, deliveries, and installation progress
• Resolve site and production issues efficiently
• Maintain organized workflow between factory and site teams
• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule

Requirements

• 7+ years UAE experience in aluminum and glass/facade works
• Experience managing workshop and site execution together
• Ability to handle labor teams and production planning
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with UAE suppliers and fabrication processes
• Ability to read and coordinate shop drawings
• UAE driving license preferred
