PTWL is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in technical works, landscaping, civil, and/or MEP projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive UAE experience managing multi-site operations, leading teams, and ensuring successful project delivery across diverse construction and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities1. Operations Planning & Execution
- Oversee daily operations across multiple technical works and landscaping projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution to ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Develop and implement efficient operational strategies and workflows.
- Ensure smooth mobilization, execution, and completion of site activities.
2. Team & Site Management
- Manage site teams, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers across projects.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and performance monitoring to ensure productivity and quality.
- Allocate manpower, equipment, and resources effectively across sites.
- Ensure coordination between all operational teams for smooth execution.
3. Project Coordination
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, consultants, and internal departments.
- Ensure alignment between design, execution, procurement, and site operations.
- Support project delivery by resolving operational and site-related challenges.
- Attend coordination meetings and provide operational updates.
4. Cost Control & Resource Management
- Monitor and control project budgets, operational costs, and resource utilization.
- Oversee procurement coordination for materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Ensure efficient use of manpower and minimize operational waste.
- Support management in financial and performance decision-making.
5. Quality, Compliance & HSE
- Ensure all works comply with UAE regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Enforce quality control procedures across all project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all operations.
6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare operational reports, progress updates, and performance summaries.
- Track project progress, risks, delays, and operational challenges.
- Provide recommendations for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Support senior management with data-driven decision-making.
7. Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across operations.
- Standardize workflows to enhance productivity and quality.
- Introduce best practices for site execution and operational management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in operations, technical works, landscaping, civil, or MEP projects.
- Strong experience in managing multi-site operations and diverse project teams.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction, landscaping, and technical works practices.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
