Compensation
- Salary: Starting from EGP 20,000, based on experience
- Location: Remotely.
- Internet Allowance: 300 EGP monthly
- Medical Insurance Allowance
- Annual Salary Increase: 10% – 15% (based on performance)
- Annual Paid Leave: 21 days per year (eligible after completing 1 full year of employment)
- Travel Opportunity: Possibility to attend 1 hosted international event (Europe / Asia) per year

Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage operational staff, coordinate with suppliers and partners, ensure service quality, and drive operational efficiency across all travel products and services. This role requires strong leadership, excellent problem-solving abilities, and extensive knowledge of the European travel market.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the European travel and tourism market
- Proven experience in travel operations management
- Strong knowledge of guided tours, FITs, group travel, and supplier management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing reservations, operations, and service delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily travel operations and ensure smooth service delivery
- Manage and support the operations teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and secure competitive rates
- Monitor booking processes and operational workflows
- Resolve operational issues, emergencies, and last-minute changes efficiently
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Develop and improve operational procedures and best practices
- Monitor team performance and provide training and guidance when needed
- Coordinate with sales, product, and management teams to achieve company goals
Pay: From E£20,000.00 per month
