Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily rental and fleet operations.
• Manage and supervise operational staff and drivers.
• Ensure vehicle availability, maintenance, and compliance.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the car rental, transportation, or mobility industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
