About the Role

As the Finished Goods Manager, you will hold complete end-to-end accountability for the entire product lifecycle at our Riyadh site. You will be responsible for the strategic direction, full operational readiness, and optimization of our finished goods warehouse. By championing The Unipart Way (UPW), you will lead, mentor, and structurally integrate a team of 5 Team Leaders to execute precise volume scaling and world-class customer delivery across our Bulk B2B, Dot Com, and Retail store supply chains.

As part of your key responsibilities you'll:

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of five Team Leaders, ensuring standardised management practices and effective problem-solving on the floor.
• Strategically shift floor personnel and cross-train teams across Inbound, RMA, Reseller, and Retail workflows to handle volatile daily order patterns and product launches.
• Drive Lean methodologies (UPW tools) to eliminate waste in packing and staging zones, and review/sign off on SOPs across all workflows.
• Implement and oversee robust inventory protocols, including serial number tracking, real-time cycle counting, and heightened security for high-value tech inventory.
• Establish and elevate rigid departmental performance targets, focusing on click-to-ship speed, order accuracy, and RMA turnaround times.
• Lead the operational setup and continuous execution of the new Retail workstream, ensuring 100% compliance with retail-specific delivery windows and label standards.

About You

• Experience in warehouse management, supply chain, or contract logistics, managing multi-tiered teams.
• Proven background managing a complex warehouse layout that runs concurrent B2B (Reseller), B2C (E-commerce/Dot Com), and physical Retail store distribution workflows.
• Experience setting up new operational workstreams or scaling up operations for major product launches.
• Advanced hands-on experience utilising Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S frameworks to drive operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to balance multiple operational models while maintaining quality, security, and financial targets.
