We are a rapidly growing multinational third-party logistics (3PL) provider with multiple operations in USA, Canada, United Kingdom and Poland. We provide warehousing, distribution, eCommerce fulfillment, and value-added logistics services to customers in the retail, consumer products, and industrial sectors.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to lead our Atlanta warehouse operation.

Position Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of warehouse and distribution operations while ensuring outstanding customer service, operational efficiency, safety, quality, and employee engagement.

This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable spending time on the warehouse floor ensuring client requirements are met, coaching employees, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse and distribution operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20+ warehouse associates, team leads, and supervisors.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
• Monitor productivity, labor utilization, quality, inventory accuracy, and service KPIs.
• Maintain a safe workplace and ensure compliance with all company policies and OSHA requirements.
• Plan staffing requirements and manage labor efficiently.
• Work closely with customers to ensure service expectations are consistently met.
• Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Resolve operational issues quickly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support inventory control, cycle counting, receiving, shipping, and value-added services.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance team culture.

QualificationsRequired

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a 3PL, warehousing, distribution, or related logistics environment.
• Experience managing 20+ employees in a warehouse operation.
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience with multi-client warehouse operations.
• Continuous improvement experience (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies).
• Experience working with KPI-driven operations.
