We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Washington, D.C., United States. This is a Full-Time position where you will be responsible for streamlining our operational processes, enhancing productivity, and driving the efficiency of our service delivery. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our resources and ensuring the successful execution of projects, contributing directly to the company's growth and success.

Salary: USD $250 - $1,000 per day, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability across the organisation.
• Oversee the daily operations of project delivery teams, including software development, web design, and digital marketing.
• Manage resource allocation, project pipelines, and team workloads to ensure the timely and successful delivery of client projects.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing and presenting performance reports to senior management.
• Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to improve workflows.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, introducing best practices for project management and service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales and finance, to ensure seamless business processes and client satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners to ensure they meet our quality and service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably within an IT services, software, or digital agency environment.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
• Demonstrable experience in data analysis and performance metrics management.
• A solid commercial awareness with experience in budget management and financial forecasting.
• A comprehensive understanding of the services offered, including web development, SEO, and digital marketing.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
