Operations Manager -- Aircraft Detailing

About the Role:

We’re looking for an organized, proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing aircraft detailing business serving private aviation clients. The ideal candidate understands the professionalism, safety awareness, and attention to detail required when working near high-value aircraft. Experience working in aviation—such as at an FBO, hangar operation, aircraft maintenance facility, or aviation service company—is strongly preferred.

In this role, you’ll coordinate detailing schedules, manage field technicians, and ensure each aircraft is serviced safely and to the highest quality standards. The Operations Manager serves as the central hub of the business—keeping jobs running smoothly, communicating with clients and airport personnel, and ensuring every aircraft leaves looking exceptional.
