Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operational processes, controlling costs, and leading teams to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily company operations including production, workshop, logistics, and site activities
• Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time delivery
• Improve operational efficiency and reduce wastage
• Supervise staff performance and coordinate between departments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Manage inventory and coordinate with the purchase department
• Prepare operational reports for management review
• Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or trading companies preferred
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Good knowledge of ERP systems (ERPNext experience is an advantage)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD600.000 - BD700.000 per month
