Operations Manager – Bike Delivery Company (Dubai)

We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager for a fast-growing bike delivery company based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily delivery operations and fleet performance
• Handle rider allocation, scheduling, and route optimization
• Monitor KPIs (on-time delivery, efficiency, costs)
• Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues
• Ensure compliance with UAE transport and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years experience in delivery/logistics (Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon, Amazon,Keeta,etc.)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing riders/drivers is mandatory
• Good knowledge of Dubai routes and operations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Salary: To be discussed based on experience
