Job Brief
We are looking for a young, energetic, and experienced Operations Manager to lead our restaurant chain in Dubai.
In this role, you will guide multiple restaurant locations and make sure everything runs smoothly every day. You will protect our food quality, grow our profits, and create happy customers.
Your leadership will help our teams perform at their best. You will play a key role in building a strong brand and achieving business success.
Responsibilities
1. Operational Leadership
- Manage daily operations across multiple restaurant locations.
- Visit sites regularly to check performance, cleanliness, and service quality.
- Ensure company policies and standards are followed at all times.
- Make sure managers handle their duties effectively.
2. Quality Control
- Maintain high standards in food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Work closely with the Quality team to ensure product excellence.
- Respond quickly to customer complaints, both in-store and online.
3. Team Management
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers and staff.
- Plan employee schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide helpful feedback.
- Build a motivated and positive work culture.
4. Inventory & Supply Chain
- Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages.
- Conduct stock audits and manage purchasing.
- Negotiate with suppliers for the best quality and price.
- Control costs and reduce waste.
5. Financial Management
- Develop and manage budgets for each location.
- Review sales and financial reports regularly.
- Analyse performance and improve profitability.
- Implement smart pricing strategies.
- Monitor labour costs and control expenses.
6. Health & Safety
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety checks and training sessions.
7. Customer Experience & Marketing
- Promote a culture of excellent customer service.
- Improve operations based on customer feedback.
- Support marketing campaigns and local promotions.
- Help increase brand visibility and customer traffic.
8. Continuous Improvement
- Identify areas for operational improvement.
- Develop and refine SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Lead improvement activities with BOH and FOH teams.
- Provide regular reports to senior management.
- Suggest strategies to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- Proven experience in restaurant management (multi-location preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- Comfortable using restaurant software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenges calmly.
