Operations Manager Cleaning Services

The Operations Manager will have full ownership of daily operations and will be directly responsible for hiring, building, and managing the entire field team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations Management

  • Oversee all daily cleaning operations across residential and commercial jobs
  • Ensure all bookings are executed on time and as scheduled
  • Allocate cleaners, drivers, and supervisors efficiently
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and shift coverage
  • Handle last-minute cancellations, reschedules, and emergencies

2. Team Management & Performance

  • Lead and control the hiring process for all operational staff (cleaners, drivers, supervisors)
  • Conduct interviews, skill assessments, and final selection of candidates
  • Ensure only reliable, disciplined, and trainable staff are hired
  • Build a continuous recruitment pipeline to support company growth
  • Coordinate onboarding, training, and probation evaluation for every new hire

3. Quality Control & Service Standards

  • Maintain high service quality across all jobs
  • Conduct random site inspections and audits
  • Investigate complaints and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure deep cleaning and special jobs meet promised standards
  • Create and improve checklists, SOPs, and training material

4. Customer Experience & Issue Resolution

  • Handle escalated customer complaints and disputes
  • Coordinate re-visits and service recovery
  • Communicate professionally with clients and platforms (e.g., Justlife)
  • Ensure high ratings, retention, and repeat bookings

5. Logistics & Resource Management

  • Manage staff scheduling and route planning
  • Control cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment
  • Track inventory and prevent misuse or wastage
  • Coordinate with drivers for timely staff movement

6. Reporting & Business Control

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports
  • Track KPIs: job completion, complaints, re-visits, staff utilization
  • Monitor costs related to manpower, transport, and supplies
  • Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and profitability

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in operations management (cleaning, facilities, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills
  • UAE experience is mandatory
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
